The article presents the results of an empirical sociological study aimed at identifying the impact of tabletop role-playing game (TRPG) practices on the development and transformation of everyday interpersonal relationships. Based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including a questionnaire survey and content analysis of participants' statements, the study focuses on assessing the potential of NRI as a tool for the formation of communicative and emotional competencies, socialization and psychological adaptation in a digitalized society. The work also aims to identify the social stereotypes accompanying this form of leisure activity and analyzes the mechanisms of its possible desegregation in the public space. The results of the study demonstrate the high subjective significance of the TRPG gaming experience for the participants and confirm its potential as a resource for interpersonal and group interaction.
