Abstract (English)

The publication contains articles of scientists and practitioners, judges and lawyers on international law, trends in the development of legislation in the field of human at the European level, problems of interpretation of the European Convention on Human rights and resolution of conflicts in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights judgments of performance problems of the European Court of human rights, the Council of Europe on the impact of the right to development, social and legal practice of the Russian Federation, achievements and contradictions of the Council of Europe and the Russian Federation in various areas: social security and social citizens´ rights; maintenance and protection of housing rights; ensuring and protection of property rights; the rights of refugees and migrants; protection of the rights of children and families, development of justice, based on the interests of children; Information society and the Internet; education; business relations the rights and interests of business and human and civil rights; the fight against corruption; combating crime, criminal justice and punishment; ensure the efficiency of justice and prosecution. Particular attention is paid to the search for new models of interaction between the Council of Europe and the Member States that have achieved the necessary level of development of the legal system, social and legal practice and prospects of development of dialogue in Europe and the Council of Europe in modern conditions: the new challenges and threats.
