This article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the transport and logistics services market, some problems of the organization of rational cargo delivery routes, supply chains and the causes of their occurrence are considered. The types of uncertainty characteristic of the subject area under study, which complicate the formation of a logistics system, are determined.
