Abstract (English):
The article presents steps to optimize the company's costs. Based on the analysis of regulatory and methodological documents and the content of work on requests for support of AS (PS), typical reasons for work on setting up and modifying software products are identified. The stages of applying the iterative clustering order according to the " Mean +/-SD" method are determined.
