Abstract (English):
This work is devoted to improving the management system of material and technical support of metal structures of JSC NIPIGAZ. During the research, the current processes of material resource management are analyzed, problematic aspects are identified and solutions for optimizing the management system are proposed. The research is aimed at improving the efficiency of the use of material and technical resources, improving production processes and reducing costs. The results and recommendations of the work can be used to improve the performance of management systems in other companies with similar activities.
