Abstract (English):
Presents a system of simple and clear models of electric current and phenomena of magnetism based on models of charge as a valid spherical material source and at the same time Omni-directional vortex, and introducing the initial material and the kinetic field. Separately it should be noted that under the proposed approach it is evident that electric charge is a magnetic monopole.
