The article attempts to summarize the results of studies of an Autonomous plasma formations (TNA) and identified opportunities for future research from the point of view of revealing and use of energy and Electrotechnology properties of APO. It is shown that the use of the principles of localization, bootstrapping, sverkhplastichnost allows the realization of automatic control system, ensuring the stable existence of APO with the possibility of a systematic study of their properties.
