Abstract (English):
On the basis of the generalized law of electromagnetic induction in the methodology of continuum mechanics considers the influence of the rotation of the contour to the appearance of EMF in the experiment of Tolman—Stewart. It is shown that the rotation of the electric circuit in The earth's magnetic field leads to high EMF voltage values not taken into account during this experiment.
