In the article questions of formation of physical properties, magnetic and hysteresis characteristics at active magnetic-solid materials of rotors of high-speed and ultrahigh-speed hysteresis Electromechanical energy converters are developed. The influence and value of mechanoactivation of the initial powder medium, phase and structural changes that occur in the powder mixture of magnetic-solid materials of the Fe-Cr-Co system during the passage of mechanoactivation in different media with the addition of surfactants are investigated.
