In work features of an on-line rekrutment on the basis of use of big data on competitors for the large federal company in the sphere of a retail by means of HR analytics methods are investigated. The extract-transform-load model on use of a data file about vacancies and the curriculum vitae of competitors on the on-line platformakh – Avito, by HeadHunter, Rabota66, Superjob for of a choice of effective instruments of staff recruitment taking into account regional specifics of labor markets is developed and its testing is held. Essential distinctions in use of on-line of recruitment were as a result revealed and their assessment both in regional, and in temporary measurements for the large federal company in the sphere of a retail is carried out.
