The "Journal of Pedagogic Research" is addressed to scientists, teachers, practitioners of educational institutions, researchers of the Russian Academy of Education, postgraduate students, doctoral students, applicants for scientific degrees. The journal publishes the results of psychological and pedagogical research on the problems and prospects of development of pedagogical science and pedagogical practice; The journal draws attention to the urgent problems of personal upbringing and education at the present stage of social development, aims to creatively combine pedagogical theory and practical activities of educators, informs the world and domestic scientific community about the results of scientific achievements in the field of modern pedagogy and psychology. The journal has become an authoritative source of scientific and pedagogical information and is very popular among the pedagogical community.

"Journal of Pedagogic Research" is a periodical, peer-reviewed, scientific, publication in various areas of pedagogical science and practice.

 

The content of the journal "Journal of Pedagogical Research" is built in accordance with the following logic and scientific principles:

- the “Journal of pedagogic research” is a scientific journal within the framework of various areas of pedagogical science;

- the Journal most fully reflects the results of modern scientific and pedagogical research;

- the Journal reflects the achievements of scientific schools recognized in pedagogy, as well as the historical background and logic of the emergence and development of new scientific directions in the field of pedagogy and education;

- the Journal covers the current state of pedagogical science based on existing scientific and practical experience;

- the journal reflects the results of a scientific examination of innovative pedagogical experience, which makes it possible to assess the limits of its applicability and the effectiveness of using educational development in the current sociocultural situation, taking into account the conditions of the domestic pedagogical tradition;

- the journal promotes the implementation of the results of scientific and pedagogical research in educational practice.

 

The priority areas for the development of pedagogical science, reflected in the journal "Journal of Pedagogic Research":

- study of the results of a set of measures to implement the Strategy for the development of upbringing and education in the Russian Federation;

- development of methodological tools for organizing the project activities of schoolchildren, identifying gifted students, developing children's creativity in the school and the system of further education;

- study of the unique cultural and historical conditions for the development of inclusive education in Russia;

- formation and development of axiological concepts of upbringing and personality education in modern pedagogy;

- the search for ways to strengthen the relationship of pedagogical theory and educational practice;

- comparative studies in pedagogy and the pragmatic interpretation of foreign pedagogical experience while critically discussing the possibility of incorporating it into the Russian educational tradition;

- research in the field of pedagogy, contributing to the development of new theoretical approaches aimed at solving modern problems of educational practice;

- development of the theory and methods of educating the information culture of the younger generation;

- study of the possibilities for inter-agency cooperation carried out in order to comprehensively address the problems of upbringing and education;

- coverage of socio-pedagogical problems of family development and the search for resources to harmonize family education;

- scientific and theoretical justification for the development of pedagogical means of health and the development of physical culture of the younger generation;

- development of theoretical models and principles for the development of secondary and higher vocational education in the conditions of modern technological reality and current demands of the economy and industrial production;

- study of the personal influence of the classics of pedagogical thought on the historical path of development of the domestic school and pedagogy;

- creative comprehension of scientific-theoretical and practice-oriented experience of scientific schools in the field of pedagogy;

- mentoring and volunteering as a phenomenon of modern culture and theoretical justification of professional training for these types of social activities;

- study of trends and prospects for the development of children and youth public organizations;

- development of civil, moral and patriotic education of the younger generation in the system of additional education;

- theoretical justification of the competency-based approach in modern education and its application in the practical activities of teachers;

- improving the methodology of teaching subjects aimed at developing the research and social competencies of modern students;

- development of gaming technologies in the system of preschool and secondary general education;

- development of students ’speech as the most important condition for preserving the identity of the Russian language - a native of traditional culture;

- the study of the language of pedagogical communication between teachers and students and the transmission of cultural values to the younger generation;

- practice-oriented studies of the environmental approach in the theory of upbringing and personality education;

The main sections of the Journal correspond to the names of the specialties of the Higher Attestation Commission for Pedagogical Sciences:

13.00.01 - General pedagogy, the history of pedagogy and education;

13.00.02 - Theory and methodology of training and education;

13.00.03 - Correctional pedagogy (sign language education and typhlopedagogy, oligophrenopedagogy and speech therapy);

13.00.04 - Theory and methodology of physical education, sports training and health-improving and adaptive physical education;

13.00.05 - Theory, methodology and organization of socio-cultural activities;

13.00.08 - Theory and methodology of vocational education.

There are also sections: “Scientific Life”, which publishes reports on official scientific events held with a summary of research results, “Archive”, which publishes unknown or little-known works of famous authors - academic teachers, “Reviews”, “Scientific Schools”, “Anniversaries”. The Journal publishes materials on the operation of experimental sites: experimental concepts and the results of pilot studies.

 

The journal strictly follows the most important principles of scientific ethics.

 

The Editorial Board of the Journal is interested in cooperation with schools, universities, academic organizations, research centers and invites authors - teachers, psychologists, academic scientists, graduate students, and doctoral students to collaborate.
