Abstract (English):
The monograph examines the theoretical aspects of the implementation of administrative responsibility in the field of information turnover, as well as problematic issues arising in law enforcement practice in connection with the consideration of offenses encroaching on the legitimate circulation of information. The objective and subjective signs of these offenses are analyzed. Possible ways to overcome the problems of proving offenses in the field of information are proposed.
