Abstract (English):
The monograph is devoted to the substantive, procedural and organizational aspects of the police's activities in the application of administrative responsibility for illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues (art. 6.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). It is intended for teaching staff, graduate students, adjuncts and students of law-related educational organizations, heads and employees of law enforcement agencies who directly identify the facts of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues and conduct proceedings in cases of administrative offenses provided for in Article 6.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
