ABSTRACT

. Within the limits of the given work main principles of construction of expert system (ES) «Reconstruction of buildings» have been formulated, this ES is directed on complex inspection of buildings and formation of recommendations about their reconstruction taking into account the requirements shown by standards of «Green building».

Зеленые» стандарты призваны ускорить переход от традиционного проектирования и строительства зданий и сооружений к устойчивому, которое базируется на следующих принципах:

•безопасность и благоприятные здоровые условия жизнедеятельности человека;

•ограничение негативного воздействия на окружающую среду;

•учет интересов будущих поколений.
