INNOVATIVE MODELS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARCTIC
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article analyzes innovative models of public-private partnership (PPP) using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for the sustainable development of the Arctic. It examines key aspects of AI application in ice condition forecasting, environmental monitoring, and optimization of mineral extraction processes. Special attention is given to successful case studies of AI implementation in the Arctic, such as the "Smart Drilling" project, "Machine Vision at Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company," and the Botkin.AI platform. The analysis covers job vacancies and competencies in demand in the AI field, as well as the role of government support in technology development. The findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to integrating AI into PPP models to ensure sustainable development of the Arctic, taking into account economic, environmental, and social aspects.
