REFLEXIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEARNING PROCESS AND ACTIVITIES OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER

Abstract (English):
The paper examines issues related to management in the activities of a university teacher. Various approaches to defining management at the phenomenological, conceptual, and procedural levels are revealed. The main function of management is designated. Based on the systematization of data, distinctive features of managing the process of teaching students at a university are formulated. Types of management are listed, and reflexive management is highlighted as the most promising. The analysis of the terms reflection, reflexive management, reflexive approach to managing the process of teaching students is carried out; features of the reflexive approach in the digital educational environment of a university are revealed.
