In modern conditions, digital tools play an increasingly important role in building an effective personnel management system. At the same time, an important role in the successful development of the organization and increasing the level of social well-being is played by the ecosystem approach, which allows increasing the flexibility and adaptability of the organization to modern conditions, ensures high efficiency of the organization's activities, effectiveness, etc. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the relevance and describe the current state of HR ecosystems. The article reveals the essence of the concept and concept of the HR ecosystem, reveals the main types of ecosystems and positive manifestations of the implementation of the HR ecosystem in the company. The authors also analyzed the risks associated with the implementation of ecosystems in the company's business processes, presented existing HR platforms, and considered the functionality of the company's HR ecosystem software.
