Abstract:
This article explores the concept of quality management and considers key aspects of implementing a quality management system (QMS) at an enterprise. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the works and concepts of scientists who contributed to the development of systems and methods es-sential to QMS. The paper identifies the most common systems and methods used within a QMS and describes their inherent advantages for enterprise operations, including increased process effi-ciency, error reduction, and resource optimization. The author concludes that the decision to im-plement a QMS remains the responsibility of the organization's management; however, such inte-gration is a prerequisite for improving the quality of products and services.
