FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE ECOSYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN THE MOSCOW REGION BY MEANS OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN COMPETITION "MASTER OF THE YEAR"

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of the role of the All-Russian competition "Master of the Year" in the formation of an innovative ecosystem of professional education in the Moscow region. The purpose of the work is to analyze the mechanisms of the competition's influence on the motivation of teachers, the replication of innovations and the development of the regional educational system. The methodological basis of the research was a systematic approach, the theory of innovation and pedagogical design, supplemented by quantitative and qualitative data analysis (statistics of participation in competitions, interviews with teachers, content analysis of projects). It is revealed that the competition is a key tool for the dissemination of best practices, but its effectiveness is limited by the bureaucratization of processes and unequal access to resources. Based on the results, recommendations are formulated: integration of competitive criteria into the certification of educational organizations, reduction of the administrative burden on teachers through optimization of documentation and automation of processes, development of methodological support for rural institutions, as well as consideration of regional specifics in the formation of requirements. It is shown that the implementation of the proposed measures will transform the competition from an episodic event into a sustainable element of the ecosystem, providing synergy between educational standards, economic demands and local conditions of the region.
