Introduction. Digitalization of healthcare requires studying the factors of digital trust among medical professionals as a key condition for the successful implementation of IT technologies. Such studies are particularly relevant, as understanding the processes of adaptation of doctors in the digital environment determines the technological transformation of the industry. Materials and methods. A cross-sectional study was conducted with the participation of 420 doctors from 72 regions of Russia (96,6% of women, average age 38.8 ± 8.7 years). The assessment of digital trust was carried out using a set of questionnaires: assessment of trust in digital services, factors of readiness for their use, problem assessment and questions from the DigCompSAT questionnaire. Statistical processing was performed in jamovi ver. 2.3.28 and MS Excel. Results. A high level of trust in proven platforms was revealed (government resources – 96,6%, financial applications – 92,6%). The critical factors of trust are convenience, speed, reliability of services, confidentiality and transparency of processes. The main barriers to using digital systems are related to the risks of personal data security and technical reliability (84,3-93,5% of concerned respondents). The factors that increase digital trust were identified: the presence of an additional specialty (p = 0.038), a favorable emotional climate at work (p = 0.003) and a better financial situation (p = 0.007). Conclusion. The digital trust of doctors is formed under the influence of a complex of cognitive, behavioral, ethical and professional factors. Successful digital transformation of healthcare requires a comprehensive strategy that includes not only technological improvement, but also the development of digital competencies, critical thinking, and the formation of ethical standards of interaction. Digital trust should be considered as a key indicator of the medical community’s readiness to implement IT solutions, requiring special attention to creating a secure, transparent and user-oriented digital environment.
