The article is devoted to the study of the influence of digital environment on modern society and education. The key concepts of environment and its significance in the development of personality are considered. Various models of educational environment are analyzed, including the ecological-personal, communication-oriented, anthropopsychological and psychodynamic models, as well as the ecopsychological approach. Special attention is paid to the integration of digital environment into the educational process, emphasizing its advantages and challenges. The article substantiates the need to prepare schoolchildren for full functioning in the digital environment, including mastering the norms and rules of safe behavior.
