In the context of global economic transformations and the increasing role of innovation in the development of national economies, special economic zones (SEZs) and offset contracts are becoming important instruments of state policy aimed at stimulating investment, technological progress and socio-economic development. In Russia, these mechanisms are actively used to support priority industries, including healthcare, which is a key sector for ensuring national security and improving the quality of life of the population. The synergy of SEZs and offset contracts allows not only to attract investment in the medical industry, but also to ensure technology transfer, localization of production and development of high-tech medical services. This article is devoted to the analysis of the mechanisms of interaction between SEZs and offset contracts, their impact on healthcare in Russia, as well as the prospects for their further development.
