Abstract (English):
The Object of the Study is the staff of the Gazprom processing LLC in terms of implementation of the competency approach to the human resource management system. The Subject of the Study is the introduction of competence-based approach to the human resource management system of the Gazprom Processing LLC. The Purpose of the Study is developing the Program to Improve the Quality of Labour of the Gazprom Processing LLC based on the correction of implementing the competence approach to the system of personnel management in the Gazprom Processing LLC. The Basic Theoretical Theses. The article presents a program to improve the quality of the workforce of the Gazprom processing LLC, developed by the authors to correct identifi ed characteristics of the organization and performance, as well as functioning the elements of the personnel management system and forming quality of the workforce of the organization. The authors analyze the stages of implementing the Programme of Improving the Quality of the Labour Organization. A scheme for correcting the introduction of competence-based approach to human resource management system of the Gazprom Processing LLC has been developed. The processes of improving legal documents in the fi eld of personnel management have been determined and measures to improve the quality characteristics of the intellectual labour of the Gazprom Processing LLC have been developed.
