The relevance of this work is determined by the fact that, in the context of enterprise and organization management in the context of digital transformation, one of the key issues is assessing the effectiveness of the management models being developed and implemented. The objective of this study is to develop a criterion for quantitatively assessing the effectiveness of enterprise and organization management models in the context of digital transformation. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, in order to assess the effectiveness of the transformation of organizational management models in the digital economy, a multiplicative criterion for assessing the effectiveness of enterprise and organization management models in the context of digital transformation was developed. This criterion includes the following multipliers: increased labor productivity at the enterprise (organization) as a managed system; reduction of the production and sales cycle in the managed system; increased profitability of production and business activities in the managed system; scaling the market capacity covered by the managed system; increased quality of the operational activities of the managed enterprise (organization); and the synergistic effect of the synthesis of physical and cyber-physical entities. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the developed criterion for assessing the effectiveness of management models for enterprises and organizations in the context of digital transformation allows, on the basis of a comprehensive consideration of functional-technological, financial-economic, operational and time indicators, to assess the effectiveness of the models under consideration, taking into account the technological potential of the physical and cyber-physical entities of the enterprise (organization), including the synergistic effect arising from the identification of a positive correlation from the use of the technological potential of the physical and cyber-physical entities under consideration.
