Lack of effect of conventional analgesics for neuropathic pain requires a doctor conscious approach in the choice of adjuvant drugs (anticonvulsants, tricyclic antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and noradrenaline). The rationale for their use are pathogenetic mechanisms of neuropathic pain. ifferentiated choice of drugs defines related pain symptoms (depression, anxiety disorder, insomnia).
