The results of researchof the lymphatic channel of the vaginal mucosa, of 28 women in the aged aspect were presented. The method of interstitial injection of lymphatic bed of Gerota blue mass revealed that post-climacteric period revealed rare, randomly arranged lymphatic capillaries and lymphatic vessels are severely deformed, unrelated general architectonics, as well as a decrease of volume density of lymphatic channel occursin the process of involution and may indicate the violation of drainage function of lymphatic device.

Патология матки и влагалища может оказать негативное влияние на репродуктивное здоровье женщин и вопросы диагностики и лечения этих больных все еще остаются актуальными в настоящее время [4]. Традиционным методом лечения воспалительных заболеваний гениталий являются антибиотики, но в последние годы сильно изменился спектр инфекционных возбудителей, вызывающих воспалительные заболевания. В связи с этим применение системной антибактериальной терапии полностью не решает проблемы. Кроме того, широкое применение антибиотиков приводит к культивированию устойчивых штаммов микроорганизмов, возникновению кандидоза и дисбактериоза влагалища, бактериального вагиноза, хронических воспалительных заболеваний гениталий, которые трудно поддаются системной лекарственной терапии [5, 6, 7]. Лимфатическая терапия достаточно широко распространена как один из патогенетических обоснованных компонентов лечения различных заболеваний [3].сновной идеей лимфогенной терапии является создание высокой концентрации лекарственного препарата непосредственно в очаге поражения и снижение общетоксического действия [9].
