Abstract:
The article analyzes the specificity of the image of justice in the socio-psychological aspect, considers the prospects and mechanisms for the formation of a positive image of justice, taking into account the main levels of the image as such: emotional-sensory, rational, metaphysical. Based on interdisciplinary approaches to understanding the image, its basic, emotional-sensory, irrational character is emphasized, which determines both the strengths and weaknesses of its functioning, determining current strategies in the field of education and upbringing. The subject of special consideration is emotional intelligence, which allows building the most effective inter-level interaction in the formation of a positive image of justice. Highlighting the importance of emotional and psychological foundations in the formation of the image of justice, a two-way connection is noted between it and emotions, which, on the one hand, form the initial level of the image, on the other hand, it itself produces feelings, performing stabilizing, regulatory, value-orientation and ideological functions. The role of sensory-emotional perception of reality in the formation of moral behavior is emphasized. The data of sociological researches of VSIOM, reflecting the ideas of young people about justice, are presented, the conclusion is made about the importance of work on the formation of the image of justice. The interdisciplinary analysis carried out in the article reveals the prospects of work with the sensory-emotional level of a positive image of justice, which is in great demand among young people.
