This article discusses the need for a strategy of modernization not only the production activity of the enterprise, but also the management system, that is, the introduction of such a system of strategic management, which would help identify effective ways in the implementation of financial-economic activity of the enterprise, a clear orientation in financial capabilities and prospects of innovative development that occurs in the current economic system of the country.
