The article examines the problem of the formation and development of intercultural competencies in the context of the Russian-Arab partnership in the context of globalization. The relevance of the research is due to the increasing intensity of international contacts between representatives of Russian and Arab cultures, as well as the need to increase the effectiveness of business, educational and social interaction between them. Special attention is paid to the analysis of cultural differences affecting the communicative behavior of partners, including the features of value orientations, communication models, attitudes to time, hierarchy, personal space and negotiation strategies. The purpose of the article is to identify the key components of intercultural competence that contribute to the successful interaction of representatives of Russian and Arab cultures, as well as to analyze the factors that complicate intercultural communication. The work uses a descriptive and analytical method, comparative analysis, as well as methods of generalization and interpretation of scientific sources.The article examines the main challenges of intercultural interaction in the Russian-Arab context and offers practical recommendations for the development of intercultural competencies, including cultural awareness, empathy, adaptability and communication skills. Special attention is paid to the influence of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence on the process of intercultural communication and the expansion of opportunities for international cooperation. The results obtained can be used in the practice of international business, education and training of specialists working in a multinational and intercultural environment.
