PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL TEACHER: EMPIRICAL STUDY’S RESULTS

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of the empirical study of higher school teachers’ and masters’ of “Pedagogical education” perception of such components of the professional competence of the higher school teacher, as a professional orientation of the personality, teaching and research components. A signifi cant role is given to the analysis of didactic and psychological components of the culture of the teacher as a main parts of his/her professional competence.
