Abstract:
The article provides an overview of the scientific results of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Problems of Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Science (Lazarev Readings 2026)". The focus was on the need for prompt adaptation of administrative legislation to current conditions, as well as on improving the transparency of public administration and mobilizing internal resources, with a strong emphasis on the human factor. There is an urgent need to rethink approaches to ensuring sustainable economic development in the Russian economy.
