The article explores the transformation of the concept of teaching in the modern educational paradigm, focusing on the synergy of formative assessment and effective classroom management. The authors have developed a model of the three principles of class management, based on the approach of W. Glasser, which integrates the triad "security – autonomy – reflection". The criteria for assessing the effectiveness of pedagogical activities and practical recommendations for creating a psychologically safe educational environment are presented. A system of indicators is proposed to measure qualitative changes in teaching, including a variety of forms of work, the quality of interaction, the emotional climate and the differentiation of educational material. The study demonstrates that the integration of both approaches creates optimal conditions for cognitive productivity and personal development of students.
