The article presents an analysis of the possibilities of volunteer activities in horse care in the prevention of Internet addiction in young people of senior adolescence and youth. The necessity of this study is that the intensive development in recent decades of information and communication, computer, electronic, digital and Internet technologies has influenced the behavior of a significant part of modern youth. Research on the technology of hippoventing and hippotherapy with people of different ages has been used as a basis for developing a preventive program. Taking care of horses provides a unique opportunity for developing healthy habits, emotional resilience, and social activity in adolescents. The article describes the technology of work, the data of introductory and final studies of young people of senior adolescence and youth. Methods and forms of work with young people are given. Taking care of horses in need is an important tool for the development of a healthy generation. Positive personality traits such as kindness, empathy, compassion, care, responsibility, and empathy are being developed. This type of activity contributes to physical development, improves interpersonal skills, and helps to distract from the virtual world, replacing it with real experiences and live communication.
