STUDY OF PLANS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS 
AND PROGRAMS FOR THE CREATION OF MULTIMODAL 
LOGISTICS SYSTEMS OF INTERNATIONAL 
TRANSPORT CORRIDORS

Abstract:
The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that in the current geopolitical and economic conditions, the Russian economy is forced to radically transform its logistics trajectories when implementing foreign economic activity due to permanent anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the West. Another factor influencing changes in goods distribution routes is spatial tectonic shifts, which characterize changes in the global market of production and consumption centers. Technologies for the creation of new types of transport play a significant role in the development of multimodal logistics systems along international transport corridors. Climate change, which impacts the safety and efficiency of logistics systems, plays a significant role in the development of international transport corridors and the creation of multimodal logistics systems. The Northern Sea Route project is a prime example of this. The increasing complexity and length of cargo transportation routes necessitates coordination between various modes of transport and logistics process participants. Furthermore, the rapid development of digital technologies and platforms based on them requires 
the standardization of digital services within multimodal logistics systems along international transport corridors. There are also other challenges in the development of multimodal logistics systems of international transport corridors. The aim of this work is to study the plans for the implementation of projects and programs for the creation of multimodal logistics systems 
of international transport corridors in the interests of finding rational organizational and technical ways to solve them. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that from the standpoint of the development of system-technological solutions used within the framework 
of projects and programs for the creation and operation of multimodal logistics systems 
of international transport corridors, it is proposed to use the capabilities of the 1PL 7PL logistics service system models to ensure their effectiveness, including: the 3PL integrated logistics outsourcing model — for regional participants; the 4PL integrated logistics model — for national participants; the 5PL echeloned logistics system model — for participants in the implementation 
of logistics processes when choosing a rational logistics trajectory on a variety of existing routes; 
the 6PL model of supply chain management using artificial intelligence systems — in the formation of multimodal logistics systems of international transport corridors and in solving the problems 
of optimizing their loading during operation; 7PL model of integrated solutions in supply chain management — when making management decisions aimed at ensuring maximum value of logistics services for clients, on the one hand, and the participants in the logistics processes themselves providing these services, on the other hand. The practical significance of the obtained results lies 
in the possibility of their use in the implementation of projects and programs for the creation and operation of multimodal logistics systems of international transport corridors in order to increase their efficiency.
