MANAGEMENT METHODS IN MODELS OF COORDINATION OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract:
The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the efficiency of the use of public resources and the search for optimal coordination models for organizations in the context of modernization of Russian education. The purpose of the work is to identify the features of the influence of coordination methods on the allocative efficiency of the functioning of educational organizations and to determine the factors that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the functioning of educational organizations. As research methods, the author uses a correlation analysis of the indicators of allocative efficiency and intensity of the use of coordination mechanisms, as well as a comparison of data obtained for organizations of various types: state, non-profit and market. The main results show that a strong correlation in the intensity of the use of coordination methods is observed mainly for organizations operating in a market model, especially in terms of the return on direct costs. At the same time, the expansion of the output of the social sphere occurs at the expense of an increase in public resources, and not at the expense of increasing the internal efficiency of organizations. The use of hybrid coordination aimed at supporting NPOs does not demonstrate a significant correlation with allocative efficiency. The final assessments indicate the need to adjust the existing model of coordination to improve the organizational efficiency of the subjects of the education market.
