The use of reengineering for the development of process management is very important for the modernization of attributes within the framework of economic systems of the "organization" type and is one of the most modern tools. The selected basic organization in its structure supports the quality management process, which has become the key to promoting its products on the market. The conducted study of the level of implementation of the attributes of the selected management process showed that there are reserves for their improvement by proposing the development and introduction of new subprocesses and functional management tasks. Several relevant structural elements were selected from related subprocesses of the organization's management. To fully prepare several functional tasks, their technological equipment was completed with the participation of key methodological management and management tools for specific new specialist positions, which will have to be in practice to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization's operational activities.
