A MODEL FOR USING AI TOOLS IN HR MANAGEMENT 
FOR TALENT DEVELOPMENT BASED 
ON A BIONIC APPROACH

Abstract:
This article presents the results of a study on the implementation of a bionic approach to organizational talent management. It explores the essence and content of the bionic approach and talent management. It presents the basic principles of the bionic approach to HR management, identifies the types of interaction between people and technology when using the bionic approach in HR management, and identifies the opportunities and risks of using AI tools by HR specialists. The article presents an analysis of the potential for HR specialists to use AI tools in talent management. A comparative analysis of neural networks that assist in organizational talent development is presented. The article presents the results of a study on the use of AI tools by HR specialists based on the bionic approach. A model for the application of AI tools in HR management for talent development based on the bionic approach has been developed.
