The relevance of the rapid diagnosis and emergency coronary angioplasty in myocardial infarction with elevation of ST-segment are investigated and marked in the article. The frequency of myocardial infarction is 3–4 per 1000 population. The mortality rate is 17 per 100 000 workforce person. Forecast getting worse with the intensity and duration of the elevation segment ST, cardiogenic shock, heart failure stage 3, recurrent coronary pain, rhythm and conduction disorders. Maximum lethality observed in the first 3 hours of myocardial infarction. Therefore, promt diagnosis, qualified assistance and urgent measures are necessary in this period of myocardial infarction. Emergency coronary angioplasty compared with thrombolysis decreases mortality in the early stages of myocardial infarction by 22 %. Benefits of coronary angioplasty includes high probability of recovery perfusion (95 %), reduction in the frequency of early post-infarction angina and myocardial reinfarction, no intracranial hemorrhage, reducing the duration of hospital stay and the possibility of treating those who don/t need thrombolysis. In a particular example, we can evaluate the clinical effectiveness of emergency coronary angioplasty in individual patients, and the need to expand the use of this method of treatment in hospitals.
