Abstract:
The article examines the practice of state support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Tula region in 2023–2025. The authors conduct the comparative effectiveness assessment of the government support measures across the region’s municipalities, calculate the effectiveness index of individual instruments, identify key problems, propose the directions for improving the regional SME support model.
