Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the features of the assessment of meta-subject learning outcomes and the individual components of universal learning activities (communicative, cognitive, regulatory), based on the development of personal and psychological characteristics of students; diagnostic methods have been selected, which can help monitor the educational organizations. This article presents both theoretical substantiation of the problem and practical ways to solve it.
