The article is devoted to the problem of modernization of higher education in the digital economy. The directions of improving the quality of the educational process based on the use of the opportunities of the digital economy are determined. The main attention is paid to solving the problem of implementing the main stages of knowledge transfer and the integration of participants in this process.
