Today in the Russian Federation, serious changes are taking place in the sphere of state control (supervision). These changes are aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the control and supervision system, as well as at removing the burden from the control and oversight bodies and business. One of the key changes in the control and supervisory activity is the establishment of control and supervision procedures using a risk management system. Also, prevention procedures aimed at reducing the risk of harm (damage) should come to the fore. These changes affect the education system.
