DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM IN HR PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the digital transformation of HR in Russian business, which intensified in the post-pandemic period. The forced transition to remote and hybrid work formats, as well as the migration of qualified personnel, led to a rethinking of the role of the HR service: from an administrative function, it turned into a strategic business partner. The article examines the evolution of the HR ecosystem, an integrated environment that combines technologies, processes and corporate culture for effective personnel management. Special attention is paid to the HR Zero concept, which involves radical automation of HR processes using artificial intelligence and blockchain, employee self-organization, and the transition from management to creating an environment of opportunity. Examples of companies implementing these principles are given. The authors emphasize that the HR ecosystem not only optimizes processes, but also changes the management philosophy, making the organization more flexible and employee-centered.
