With the purpose of studying of the theraputical effectiveness of ozonotherapy in the complex treatment of iron – deficit anemia (IDA) in the course of pregnancy, complicated by the fetus-placenta insufficiency (FPI), the studying of the dynamics of the basic points of homeostasis treatment has been carried out: hematological indices (the amount of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, color dye, serum iron); hormone producing function of fetus placentar complex (FPC) under the level in the peripheral blood estradiol (E2 ), progesterone (PG), prolactin (PL) and cortizol (C) which were investigated by the radio immune analyses method; dopplerometric estimation of blood flow in uterus arteries and umbilical arteries. The investigations were carried out in 48 pregnant women with IDA, which were divided dependent on the applied method of treatment into two groups: 25 pregnant women received traditional medicamental erapy with the appliance of iron preparation “Sorbifer – Durules” Hungary (control), 23 pregnant women with IDA received ozonotherapy on the background of traditional medicamental therapy (the main). Analysis of received results testifies that the capacity of ozonotherapy in the normalization of the main parameters of homeostasis of IDA during pregnancy and function impairment of FPC is reliable higher of the method of traditional medicamental therapy.
