Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented research is determined by the fact that in modern geopolitical and economic conditions Russia is forced to form new international logistics corridors, focusing not on Western, but on eastern and southern partners in both the export and import of goods. The formation of new international logistics corridors, including the creation of multimodal logistics systems, is a rather complex, expensive and long-term problem of infrastructure development. The solution to the problem under consideration is multifaceted, the key of which is to ensure the reliable functioning of new international logistics corridors. One of the defining components of ensuring the reliable functioning of the emerging new international logistics corridors is their rational adaptation to ongoing climate changes, which predetermined the choice of the research topic. The purpose of the presented research is to substantiate an approach to solving the problem of the influence of meteorological factors on the safety and efficiency of multimodal logistics systems. The novelty of the presented research lies in the substantiation of a generalized algorithm for solving the problem of the influence of meteorological factors on the safety and efficiency of multimodal logistics systems for the international transport corridors being created. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use in solving problems of increasing the safety and efficiency of the functioning of multimodal logistics systems of the international transport corridors being created as a result of expected climate changes.
