The work is aimed at solving problems associated with the increasing number of cars on the roads in conditions of almost constant circuit traffic network: predicting the occurrence of conges-tion (for example, when the number change of bands designed for movement), finding ways to in-crease the capacity of roads (for example, through the installation of traffic control or traffic signs). Under these problems solved, the task of creating a software product that is able to simulate the mo-tion of vehicles on straight sections of roads according to the rules of the road with signs and pedestrian crossings
