TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF «HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT» TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCY MODELS: METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS

Abstract (English):
The article substantiates the importance and describes the difficulties of students mastering the training direction 38.03.03 «Personnel Management» of the competency-based approach as a fundamental basis for the organization and implementation of key functional areas of personnel management. Studying this issue in the process of preparing future specialists to solve real professional problems in the field of personnel management involves not only mastering the conceptual apparatus, but also developing skills in developing competency models. A generalization of many years of teaching experience allowed the authors to develop, apply and present to the teaching community for familiarization a unique methodology for conducting a practical lesson, during which students are asked to complete a practice-oriented task based on materials from a fairy tale narrative. The article presents an algorithm for conducting a lesson, indicates the goals and time frames of each stage, the necessary resources and results. The article will be useful, first of all, to teachers of socioeconomic and management disciplines seeking to replenish their pedagogical arsenal with new forms, methods and techniques of work.
