Modern forms of research, construction and reformation of process activities for the rational management of specialists is an important area of activity for managers and developers in economic systems. The content of the normative state of the attributes of the subprocess of managing the training of managers for the operations of the organization is considered. To understand the essence, content and role of subprocesses in the implementation of the policy of the management process of specialists, state scales were developed for each selected subprocess of the organization's management. To conduct a study of the state of management subprocesses, organizations operating in the same industry were selected. The examination of the state of the selected organizations made it possible to establish the actual level of functioning of their activities, as well as the presence of deviations within the framework of the subprocess of managing training and retraining of specialists of one organization. Proposals are formulated to improve the actual state of the subprocess of managing training and retraining of the organization's specialists.
