INTEGRATION OF PERSONALIZED AND ADAPTIVE APPROACHES IN MODERN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE

Abstract (English):
This article compares personalized and adaptive learning in the modern educational process. It analyzes the main features of each approach, focusing on the goals and methods of implementation. Particular attention is paid to the impact of these approaches on meeting the individual needs of students and improving their academic performance. The technologies used to monitor and analyze students and allow adapting the course content in real time are also discussed. The relevance of this article is due to the growing interest in adaptive learning technologies that can significantly improve the efficiency of the educational process. In the context of constantly changing learning requirements and the desire for individualization, the need to develop adaptive approaches is becoming especially relevant. The purpose of the study is to identify the main directions and elements of adaptive learning and determine the impact of these approaches on learning success. The following objectives were set within the study: to analyze existing personalized and adaptive learning technologies, assess their impact on learning outcomes and identify practical aspects of implementing such technologies in the educational process. The study used the method of systematic analysis of scientific publications and methodological materials to evaluate existing approaches in the field of personalized and adaptive learning. The differences and similarities between these concepts were studied based on modern learning models and educational strategies applied in various contexts. The results of the study show that personalized and adaptive learning are effective approaches to the content and methods of teaching depending on the individual characteristics of students. It is shown that systematic monitoring of academic progress, dynamic correction of educational material and the use of combined methods of interaction with teachers contribute to the deepening of academic knowledge and increasing motivation of students. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that the synergy of personalized and adaptive learning can significantly improve the quality of the educational process and contribute to the effective achievement of learning goals.
