The article provides statistical information on fraud committed in the implementation of state programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex for 2020-2023. Having analyzed the specifics of this type of fraud, as well as the views of other scientists regarding the concept of a trace pattern, we have formed the concept of a trace pattern of fraud committed during the implementation of state programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex. The article provides a systematization of trace representations of fraud committed during the implementation of state programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex, structurally presented in the form of three main elements: a material (subject) trace picture, a documentary trace picture, an imaginative trace picture. The subject and documentary trace paintings are represented by a set of trace images selected based on the analysis of 115 court verdicts with the designation of the occurrence of each trace in percentage terms.
